Privacy notice

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Jawad Khan trading as Viralchemy is the controller of personal information handled through this website and email enquiries. Contact: support@viralchemy.uk.

What we collect and why

This website has no enquiry form, cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. If you email us, we receive your email address, name (if supplied), message and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss possible partnerships and keep relevant correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. Where you enquire about entering a contract personally, processing necessary to take steps at your request before a contract may apply.

Who handles your information

Our email service providers process correspondence to deliver, store and send email. Website hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure the site. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, taking account of relevant legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, have it erased, restrict its use or receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email support@viralchemy.uk.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Published business contacts and outreach

For relevant business partnership outreach, we may collect publicly published business contact details from company or creator websites, business enquiry pages and public professional profiles. This may include a business name, contact name or role, business email address, channel link, the source of the information and relevant partnership notes.

We use these details to assess fit and make relevant business proposals. Our UK GDPR basis is legitimate interests in developing relevant business relationships, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations. We do not use scraped private contacts or guess personal email addresses. A published address does not by itself mean consent to marketing. Where consent is required by applicable electronic marketing rules, including for sole traders or individual subscribers, we must obtain it before sending marketing.

When we contact someone whose details we obtained indirectly, we identify the source and provide this notice no later than our first communication, or within one month of collection if earlier, and before any earlier disclosure. We keep prospect details only while relevant to a potential partnership and review them for deletion when no longer needed.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing. Reply to an outreach email or email support@viralchemy.uk to opt out. We stop marketing to you and retain only the minimum suppression information needed to respect your request.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers website visitors, email enquiries and relevant business outreach contacts. We will update it if the way we use information changes.
